"(14.2% alcohol): Saturated dark red. Rich, expresive, slightly high-toned scents of dark raspberry, truffley underbrush, coffee, mocha and spices, along with an herbal element. Then plush and broad on the palate; considerably fuller and fleshier than the pre-Melka vintages here. Plum and herb flavors are complemented by burnished oak notes of torrefaction.
