SAME DAY SHIPPING
Need your wine ASAP? Have no fear!
All our bottles are right here in our Custom Cellar, allowing us to offer same-day shipping on our entire selection of world-class wine.
All you need to do is place your order before 2 PM PST Monday-Friday, respond to the shipping confirmation email (sent shortly after placing your order) to confirm your shipping information, and you are good to go!
Please note that the dates of shipping and delivery that Grand Cru Liquid Assets may provide its customers are approximations only, and actual shipping and delivery dates may vary.
SHIPPING PROTECTION AGAINST COURIER DAMAGE OR LOSS
We now offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for 1% of your order's total value. Please note that this shipping insurance does not apply to international shipments or non-ship states (listed below). This protection covers your order specifically against courier damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., if the package is lost in transit or arrives with damage due to courier handling).
Please note that this shipping protection does not cover:
- Damage resulting from heat exposure or cold weather conditions.
- Issues with the wine itself, such as corked bottles.
These exclusions are because heat exposure and corked bottles are outside the scope of courier-related damage or loss.
Without purchasing our shipping protection:
Grand Cru Liquid Assets is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during shipping or after shipping. Shipping delays are also outside of our control and are not grounds for refunds from the carriers nor shipping insurance.
Our standard carriers, UPS and FedEx, have a maximum claim liability of $100 for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, you would need to file a claim directly with the respective carrier, with a maximum potential recovery of $100.
For valuable orders, we suggest checking with your credit card provider about potential insurance benefits they may offer for lost, stolen, or damaged purchases.
If you choose to add our shipping protection at checkout, you can have greater peace of mind knowing your order is protected against courier-related damage or loss.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Please note that an adult signature is required upon delivery and therefore all alcohol shipments must be confirmed before they are shipped to ensure an adult is present at the time of delivery.
During business hours, we typically reach out within 2 hours of the order being placed to confirm the shipment.
DO WE DELIVER TO YOUR REGION?
Please note that we DO NOT ship to Canada, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Brazil, nor do we ship to the following US states: AL, AR, AZ, KY, MA, MS, NH, PA, TN, UT. If we do not ship to your region, please get in touch with us and we can help you determine the most appropriate shipping or storage method.
CELLAR STORAGE
As a valued customer of Grand Cru Liquid Assets, we offer free storage on all orders.
You are welcome to request free storage during warmer months. Many clients take us up on this offer during the summer and winter seasons to provide the perfect environment for storing wine until the weather permits for safe transit.
Our active cellar is kept at a constant temperature of 55° Fahrenheit with a consistent humidity of 70%. In addition, all wines are safe and secure in a high-security walk-in wine cellar.
WITH LOVE
We provide exceptional care in the packaging of wine.
We utilize ideal materials, such as heavy-duty Styrofoam shipping containers and thermal wrap, to ensure the quality of wine is maintained through the transportation process from us to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We have extensive experience shipping in the United States and internationally. Our system will calculate your shipping charge at the time of order placement.
Please note that duties, taxes, and tariffs that apply to some international countries are not included in our quoted shipping rates.
