All our bottles are right here in our Custom Cellar, we offer same-day shipping on our entire selection of world-class wine. All you need to do is place your order before 12:00PM PST Monday-Friday, respond to the shipping confirmation email (sent shortly after placing your order) to confirm your shipping information, and you are good to go!
SHIPPING LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Grand Cru Liquid Assets does not insure wines against loss, theft, or damage during the shipping process. This also includes instances where shipments are delayed. We utilize UPS and FedEx for our shipments, both of which have a maximum claim amount of $100 for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
While we aim for timely delivery, please note that shipping delays are out of our control, and UPS and FedEx do not issue refunds for delayed shipments.
In the unfortunate event that your wine is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim with the respective carrier (UPS or FedEx). Please note that the maximum claim amount payable by either carrier is $100.
For higher-value wines, we strongly advise you to contact your credit card provider to inquire about insurance coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Some credit cards offer this type of protection as a benefit to cardholders.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Please note that an adult signature is required upon delivery and therefore all alcohol shipments must be confirmed before they are shipped to ensure an adult is present at the time of delivery.
During business hours, we typically reach out within 2 hours of the order being placed to confirm the shipment.
DO WE DELIVER TO YOUR REGION?
Please note that we DO NOT ship to Canada, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Brazil, nor do we ship to the following US states: AL, AR, AZ, KY, MA, MS, NH, PA, TN, UT. If we do not ship to your region, please get in touch with us and we can help you determine the most appropriate shipping or storage method.
CELLAR STORAGE
As a valued customer of Grand Cru Liquid Assets, we offer free storage on all orders.
You are welcome to request free storage during warmer months. Many clients take us up on this offer during the summer and winter seasons to provide the perfect environment for storing wine until the weather permits for safe transit.
Our active cellar is kept at a constant temperature of 55° Fahrenheit with a consistent humidity of 70%. In addition, all wines are safe and secure in a high-security walk-in wine cellar.

We provide exceptional care in the packaging of wine.
We utilize ideal materials, such as heavy-duty Styrofoam shipping containers and thermal wrap, to ensure the quality of wine is maintained through the transportation process from us to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We have extensive experience shipping in the United States and internationally. Our system will calculate your shipping charge at the time of order placement. Please note that duties, taxes, and tariffs that apply to some international countries, are not included in our quoted shipping rates.
