"The 2007 Chambolle-Musigny Les Amoureuses 1er Cru has a divine bouquet with red cherry, bergamot, crushed stone and forest floor scents. Instantly seductive, though it does fade a little with time. The palate is medium-bodied with refined tannins. A little rondeur is a pleasant surprise, though this is an intimation of Brettanomyces. But overall, this is as pretty as they come. Tasted at the Les Amoureuses vertical at Hide restaurant." NM for VM May 2023
