"The aromatic profile here is slightly riper though also very fresh and airy featuring notes of red and black pinot fruit liberally laced with violet nuances that give way to earthy medium weight plus flavors that possess excellent mid-palate fat and enough structure to suggest up to a decade's worth of improvement. I quite like this and overall, it's an interim step between the purity of the Lavaut and the muscle and size and weight of the bigger grands crus." AM for BH
