LP94 "A blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon and 42% Merlot, the 2000 d’Armailhac is medium to deep garnet-brick in color. It prances out with eager-to-please scents of plum preserves, crème de cassis, incense, and rose oil, plus touches of garrigue and new leather. Medium-bodied, the palate has impressive intensity and energy, with savory and mineral accents and a plush texture, finishing with a refreshing lift."
