Product Description
While not entirely secondary yet the expressive nose displays moderate maturity along with hints of spice and herbal tea where the latter can also be found on the delicious and nicely complex flavors that are shaped by relatively firm tannins on the lingering finish. The balance is not perfect and if you're tempted to try a bottle in the next year or two I would suggest decanting it for 30 minutes or so first. I would also note that relative to what I originally saw from bottle (see herein) I found this mildly disappointing though given that I have no other notes, I don't know if this example was represenative. - Allen Meadows Burghound.com, July 2015.
