VM94 "The 1993 Chambolle-Musigny Les Amoureuses 1er Cru is maturing extremely well. It has a wonderful nose of freshly sliced morels and singed leather, plenty of red fruit emerging with time. There is a melted quality about this Chambolle-Musigny, which is very harmonious, with a core of ferrous fruit, and quite dense toward the finish. A typical de Vogüé that is probably à point.
