" I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a wine from Vincent Dauvissat that was less than wonderful, and the 2011 Vincent Dauvissat Chablis is a case in point. Beautifully lemony and fresh, delivering sneaky concentration and lingering mineral aftertaste, this was simply a superb showing for this wine, though I’ll be the first to admit it’s not the most nuanced wine Dauvissat has ever made.
