RP95 "Deep garnet colored, the 2009 Tor Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard Clone 6 (from E Block in Beckstoffer To Kalon) gives a seriously meaty nose of chargrill and aged beef with a core of preserved plums, blackcurrant cordial, prunes and black olives plus wafts of dried plums and Indian spices. Full-bodied, rich and opulent in the mouth, it has beautifully powdery tannins and wonderful freshness with a very long, multi-layered finish. Classic To Kalon! 175 cases were made."
