"Even better though, the 2010 Cumulus Vineyard #4 checks in as 44% Syrah, 32% Grenache, 12% Petite Sirah, 8% Mourvedre and 4% Touriga Nacional. Fermented with 24% whole cluster and aged 30 months in 63% new French oak, it offers awesome purity and richness with no apparent weight. Blackberry, mineral, spring flowers and underbrush are just some of the nuances here and it builds on the palate with silky tannin, beautiful texture and blockbuster length. As with the Cumulus Vineyard #3, it dishes out plenty of pleasure now, yet will age brilliantly for 10-12 years. Drink now-2026."
