Product Description
The 1993 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has translucent crimson hue with signs of bricking at the rim. There are leafy tobacco aromas alongside dusty cherry, cocoa bean and earthy notes. Its entry is lithe and ethereal, and mineral and earthy flavors persist. While nearly three decades old, its tannins are still a touch chalky and certainly present as the finish tapers with focused acidity and some blue fruit flavors.
