"Savoury nose of minerals, salt, green apples, lime. Palate of green apples, lime, pomelo, limestone, minerals, wet stones. Nice spearmint finish. Linear, structured, pure and clean on the palate with finesse. Nice citrus and fresh acidity which was well balanced. This is an impressive and meticulously crafted white. You can’t ignore that this is a unicorn - considering the price tag, most of us will be hoping that this will be life changing but unfortunately it wasn’t for me. Personally still prefer the top tier white burgs. Nonetheless, an honor and pleasure to have tried this bottle, not to be taken for granted."
