RP100 "Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Old Sparky exudes chocolate-covered cherries, espresso and licorice goodness with lavender and black olives accents over a core of blackberry preserves, plum pudding, raspberry pie and dried roses plus a waft of menthol. Wonderfully rich, opulent and full-bodied on the palate, the generous fruit is beautifully offset by a taut frame of grainy tannins and fantastic vivacity, finishing very long with an arresting perfume.
