Product Description
1991 Vosne Romanee Cros Parantoux - Burghound - Tasting note: Initial bricking. A trace of residual oak and lovely Vosne spice plus floral notes that continue onto the rich flavors that display abundant dry extract, excellent complexity and density. For years there was a slightly candied aspect to the long finish that has now turned to sweetness and I very much like the detail coupled with grand cru weight. This has reached its apogee and it should hold there for a number of years as the balance is indeed exquisite. Consistent notes. Tasted: May 23, 2009
