"Bright green-tinged yellow. A musky touch of reduction to the aromas of ripe peach and candied fruits. A step up in texture from the Saint-Aubin Le Banc, but also with a penetrating quality to its ripe grapefruit, lemon zest and mineral flavors. Finishes firm-edged, lively and persistent.
