Product Description
AG "he 2010 Pinot Noir is surprisingly juicy for the vintage. Black cherries, spices and flowers burst from the glass in this deep, expressive Pinot. The wine reveals gorgeous depth and purity all the way through to the resonant finish. Winemaker Erin Green gave the Pinot 15 months in French oak barrels (67% new). The Pinot was neither fined nor filtered." AG for TWA Feb 2012
AM "A mix of upper and medium register red berry fruit aromas displays top notes of cranberry and spice hints. There is fine concentration on the opulent and relatively big-bodied flavors that possess a lush, even succulent mouth feel before culminating in a somewhat drying finish as the acidity is not entirely well-integrated. Still there is less warmth than one might expect and overall, this will please those who enjoy full-on pinots. Moreover while it should reward a few years of bottle age, the flavors are so generous that this could easily be enjoyed now." AM for BH Jan 2013
