"The attractively fresh, pure, high-toned and airy nose consists of essence of red pinot fruit and subtle spice and rose petal aromas. The lilting, graceful and poised medium-bodied flavors are built on a firm base of minerality while delivering excellent persistence on the tension-filled and ever-so-slightly warm finish. This is perhaps a bit less refined than the very finest vintages but the length is positively stunning. It's worth noting that this is drinking well now though I would be inclined to continue to hold this for another 2 to perhaps 5 years." AM for BH Jul 2015
