Product Description
The 2012 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Les Boudots, which contains around 15% whole cluster, has a complex bouquet with a mingling of black and red berry fruit with hints of undergrowth developing in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins, those whole clusters lending a little more complexity on the mid-palate. This feels taut in the mouth, offering blackberry and bilberry fruit, touches of white pepper on a finish that is both focused and refined. This should age nicely for 10+ years." NM for WA Dec. 2013
