Product Description

DR100 "A brooding bouquet of fragrant black cherry, bitter chocolate and rich soil tones is followed on the palate by a layered, three-dimensional wine of massive proportions. While this is an undeniably ripe Cabernet Sauvignon, both new oak and alcohol are nicely integrated by the richly savoury tannins of the vintage. 2013 was the first year when Graeme MacDonald had control over the farming of his family's parcel of the historic To Kalon vineyard, one of Napa Valley's greatest terroirs, which he cultivates organically." WK for DR May 2016

AG97+ "What a pure pleasure it is to revisit the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon. Even though the 2013 is hard as nails, its pedigree and potential are both amply evident. Huge beams of tannin support a core of huge, inky fruit. Towering and completely enveloping in all of its dimensions, the 2013 won't be ready to drink for many years. Those lucky enough to own it can look forward to several decades of exceptional drinking." AG for VM Oct 2016
