Product Description
2006 Domaine Leroy Nuits St. Georges Les Vignerondes - Burghound - Tasting note: An exceptionally fresh and highly complex nose features a beautiful mlange of mostly floral notes, in particular violets, on the gorgeously spicy red and blue pinot fruit aromas that precede the richest and most enveloping flavors to this point. The tannins are quite firm but not at all rustic and while there is less minerality here than in the Santenots, this delivers more power with almost as much finesse. Tasted April 1, 2008.
