" The 2016 Chardonnay Hudson Vineyard is delicate and also beautifully layered in the glass. Lemon confit, smoke, slate, tangerine and spice all open up in the glass. A hint of reduction adds character and freshness. Today, the Hudson is quite reticent and gives the impression it is still holding quite a bit in reserve. Give it another year or two to soften a bit.
