"A highly expressive nose offers up very ripe but not roasted aromas of plum, cassis, earth, underbrush and a hint of the sauvage. The attractively rich, detailed and mouth coating flavors are blessed with seemingly endless reserves of sap that completely buffer the otherwise very firm tannins on the long finish.
