Product Description
William Kelley for RobertParker.com writes, "The 2015 Vougeot 1er Cru Les Petits Vougeot reveals attractive aromas of Griotte cherry, rose petal, dried flowers and orange rind, with little to hint at the savory nuances to come with bottle age. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, sappy and transparent, its caressing, velvety attack segueing into a chalky mid-palate and finish. A very elegant rendition of this lovely climat below Les Amoureuses." 92 Pts Published: Apr 27, 2018
Allen Meadows for BurgHound writes, "All but invisible wood easily allows the cool and airy red cherry, pomegranate and floral characters to shine. The sleek, elegant and pure middle weight flavors exude a fine bead of minerality that can also be found on the tightly wound and linear finale. This refined effort isn't very 2015 in style; indeed it could easily be mistaken for a 2010 or 2014." Published: Jan 2017
