2019 Hubert Lignier, Morey St. Denis, Premier Cru, La Riotte, Bottle (750mL)

Above the Clos Solon, near the village, lies this small plot of old vines that has produced the ripest fruit of the entire estate in 2019 (picked at 14.7% potential alcohol). Still slightly reduced, there is a dark, spicy side to the fruit, a lively tension and slightly tough tannins on the palate that last through the lingering finish.
