RP96 "With the 2013 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Derrière Chez Edouard Haute Densité, this cuvée takes another step up in quality. Lamy began retaining even more solids in his musts with this vintage, as well as crushing his grapes before pressing (which facilitates extraction from the skins). Wafting from the glass with aromas of pear, citrus oil, smoke, toasted nuts and freshly baked bread, it's full-bodied, ample and layered, with huge depth and concentration, racy acids and a long, resonant finish.
