LP96 "The 2020 Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is deep garnet-purple in color. It slowly emerges from the glass with notes of black raspberries, kirsch, and blackcurrant jelly, followed by suggestions of powdered cinnamon, dried roses, Chinese five spice, and fragrant soil. The full-bodied palate is so fragrant and juicy with vibrant red berry and floral sparks, supported by plush tannins and compelling freshness, with a long, perfumed finish with beautiful purity." RP 96-98 Barrel Tasting "The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon was tasted as a finished blend barrel sample. Deep purple-black in color, it delivers fantastically pure blackcurrants and fresh blackberries scents, with wafts of crushed rocks, lavender, clove oil and cinnamon stick, plus a hint of mossy bark. Medium to full-bodied, it has a firm, finely grained texture to support the ripe, rich, juicy fruit, offset by amazing freshness and energy, finishing long and layered."
