Medium red. Oriental spices and pepper on the nose. At once lush and precise in the mouth, with showy flavors of raspberry and blood orange complicated by spices and rose petal. The most opulent of these 2007s to this point. The subtle, long finish really saturates the palate with flavor, without leaving any impression of weight. My style of Burgundy. -ST
