AG 97 "The 1993 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru is one of the finest that Denis Bachelet made in that era. It has a crystalline bouquet with unprecedented mineralit? and transparency, subtle marine scents (kelp?) percolating through the red fruit. The palate is defined by the filigree tannins, supple and lithe in the mouth, ineffably harmonious with a sustained and energetic finish.
