AG99+ The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Hershey Vineyard explodes from the glass with intense, huge fruit, menthol, black cherries, chocolate, pine, cloves and crushed rocks. The essence of Howell Mountain comes through loud and clear in this stunning, utterly breathtaking wine. A large-scaled, structured Cabernet Sauvignon, the Hershey is going to require considerable patience. Exotic balsamic and spice notes continue to develop in the glass, giving the wine additional volume, depth and textural richness. There is little doubt the Hershey is one of the great wines of this magnificent vintage. The Hershey was fermented in barrel and spent 26 months in French oak, 100% new
