A very Meursault nose combines notes of hazelnut and acacia blossom with those of apple compote, spice and a whisper of brown butter. The impressively rich medium-bodied flavors possess very good volume and evident minerality on the bitter lemon-inflected finish that is notably more complex as well as much more persistent.
