"Tasted single blind at Southwold. This did not show well at primeur, but here in this blind tasting I am won over. It has a lovely cedar-infused nose – great expression and definition with blackberry, cedar of graphite coming through. Very well structured on the spicy palate, vibrant black fruits, grainy, earthy, slightly austere finish but undoubtedly excellent concentration and persistency." NM for WA Jul 2009
