Product Description
DR97 (Domaine Bonneau du Martray, Chardonnay, Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, Burgundy, France, White) This swooningly seductive wine boasts ripe peach and nectarine aromas with hints of white flowers, spice and honey. The texture is supple and dense but despite the richness of the aromas, there is nothing heavy about the wine, just an intensity on the palate that lengthens out to an impressive finish. The domaine farms more than six hectares of white between the climats of En Charlemagne and Le Charlemagne; with holdings of this size, they are able to take a parcellaire approach and vinify each plot separately for maximum precision to deliver this masterful result.
