Product Description
"The 2015 Richebourg Grand Cru was actually more immediate on the nose compared to the Echezeaux (usually it is the other way round). Matured in one-third new oak, it offers quite intense yet pure aromas of blackberry, briary, incense, potpourri and crushed stone all with very impressive delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, red and black fruit intermingling and embroidered with orange zest and minerals. I love the delineation and poise expressed by this Richebourg, and the length is one of the best that I have encountered in almost two decades visiting the domaine. Do not, on any account, underestimate this Richebourg." NM Dec 2016
