LP99 "The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 90% from Champoux Vineyard and 10% from Mach One Vineyard. Deep garnet-purple in color, the nose opens with a spectacular firework display of cassis, red currant jelly, violets, dark chocolate, sandalwood, and anise, giving way to hints of iron ore, cedar, and camphor in the background. Full-bodied, the palate is jam-packed with blackberry preserves and exotic spice layers, supported by firm, grainy tannins and great tension, finishing long and fragrant. Gorgeous!"
