AG95 "The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Sacrashe Vineyard explodes onto the palate with copious inky dark fruit, chocolate, lavender, licorice, menthol and crème de cassis. A young, dense wine, the 2021 needs time to fully come together. There's a bit more new oak here than in some of the other wines, but that won't be an issue in time.
