Product Description
JD100 All Clone 6 Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Stones No. 1 comes from the Perrarus Block 1 on Pritchard Hill and was aged 22 months in 95% new French oak. It's a regal, majestic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that has to-die-for aromatics of crème de cassis, graphite, smoked tobacco, and dark chocolate. These all carry to a full-bodied, powerful 2021 that has the vintage's pure, focused mouthfeel, ripe, flawlessly balanced tannins, and incredible length on the finish. The level of class and overall seamlessness here, paired with incredible concentration and power, are something to behold. This beauty certainly tops out my scale, and while it will benefit from 4-5 years of bottle age, it's going to have a lengthy 2-3 decades of overall longevity.
