Product Description
AG100 The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Mythicus Paradise Hills Vineyard shows more textural opulence than the Proprietary Red (also Cabernet Sauvignon) and also a touch more oak imprint, but the two wines are differentiated more by style than quality. Silky, beautifully ripe tannins frame hints of blue fruit, orange peel, mocha, mint, spice, incense and tobacco. I wouldn't dream of touching a bottle anytime soon. In a word: Unforgettable.
LP99 The 2021 Paradise Hills Vineyard Mythicus, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon , is a barrel selection of the more powerful, concentrated lots, usually from the same 3-4 blocks. Deep garnet-purple in color, it needs a little swirling to conjure up notions of creme de cassis, blueberry pie, mulberries, and dark chocolate plus touches of garrigue, iron ore, and dusty soil. The full-bodied palate is bursting with concentrated juicy black fruits supported by firm yet wonderfully velvety tannins and well-knit freshness, finishing very long and pure.
