Wafting from the glass with scents of white flowers, crisp green orchard fruit, citrus zest, pastry cream, fresh mint and toasted sesame, it's medium to full-bodied, deep and chiseled, its sweet core of fruit underpinned by racy acids, concluding with a long, mouthwateringly mineral finish."
