JD95+ A great introduction into the incredible quality of this estate, the 2018 Asterisk reveals a deep ruby/purple color as well as a beautiful perfume of blackcurrants, iron, lead pencil, coffee, and smoked tobacco. Rich, medium to full-bodied, and incredibly polished, it has building yet sweet tannins, the more focused, structured style of the vintage, and a brilliant finish. It’s certainly approachable today and offers pleasure, yet it's going to benefit from 3-5 years of bottle age and will have 20-25 years of overall longevity.
