JD98 The dense purple-hued 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Sentinel Ridge is another awesome wine. Almost impenetrable and full-bodied, with a massive, meaty, smoky style, it’s full-bodied and locked-and-loaded, with building tannins and a great texture. It got a few “wows” in the notes. It’s going to benefit from short-term cellaring and keep for 20-25 years.
