RP94 "Packaged in a heavy glass bottle, the Poggio Landi 2016 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva offers lots of brightness and freshness in the form of wild cherry, cassis, chopped mint, cola and licorice root. This is a mid to full-bodied Brunello with a pretty ruby shine and a saturated appearance. Some 7,000 bottles were made. However, the wine is light and fresh on the palate and maintains much of the elegance that the 2016 vintage will be remembered for." ML for TWA Feb 2022
