RP95+ "With fruit from Neive, the 2015 Barbaresco Albesani (with only 2,616 bottles made) is a delicate, almost fragile wine with a dark ruby shine. The bouquet is finessed and detail-oriented, with cassis, dried cranberry, smoky flint and a lifted tone of balsam herb or dried ginger. The wine is very fresh with beautifully balanced acidity and a bright point of candied violet or lilac on the graceful finish. Albesani is a princess in the Roagna family." ML for TWA Jun 2021
