RP97 Very deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Lithology Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon is scented of crème de cassis, blueberry pie and plum preserves with hints of cinnamon toast, dusty earth and bouquet garni plus a waft of dried lavender. Full-bodied, expressive and with bags of poise, the palate features wonderfully ripe, spicy fruit with a lively backbone and a very long, velvet-laced finish. 150 cases were made.
