Product Description
LP94 Medium garnet in color, the 2013 Pavie comes bounding out with ready-to-go notes of kirsch, redcurrant jelly, and stewed plums giving way to hints of dried lavender, wild sage, and cumin seed. The medium-bodied palate is lively and vibrant, with a refreshing backbone lifting the red berry flavors to a long, wonderfully pure finish. A lot of sorting was performed this year, with about half the average crop.
