RP97 Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr Crane Vineyard rocks up with gregarious blueberry compote, black cherry preserves and chocolate box notions plus underlying licorice, Chinese five spice, dried roses and tobacco scents. Big, concentrated, full-bodied and oh-so-decadent in the mouth, the palate delivers mouth-filling blue fruit preserves with plenty of spicy sparks and a very long, plushly textured finish.
