RP94 "As compelling as Bouree's Chambertin is (there are only 125 cases for the world), the best 1990 I tasted from this firm is Bonnes Mares. It is a spectacular wine, with a huge nose of minerals, black fruits, spices, and grilled meats. This opulent, viscous, well-endowed wine possesses super concentration, full body, low acidity, and plenty of tannin in the finish. Broad-shouldered and mouthfilling, this intensely concentrated wine exhibits admirable glycerin, alcohol, and extract. Drink it between 1996-2012. Only 75 cases were produced." Robert Parker, Dec 1993
