DR94 "Seriously caramelised, leather, truffle and mushroom nose with candied and sour cherries, coffee and baked raspberry tarts - smells quite beguiling. Lovely purity and sharpness to this. Acidity is at the fore, bright and upfront, but not sour or too much, before settling underneath the fine, salty tannins. Good fruit energy, raspberry and strawberry and red cherry, with elements of flesh and bones still apparent.
