How do I join the Rewards Program?

Customers with store accounts will automatically earn points for purchases. If you don't have one yet, create a store account now!

How do I earn points?

Get 2 points for every $1 you spend (excluding any shipping fees and taxes).  After your purchase, it could take 24-48 hours for points to show up into your account.  Thank you for being patient!

How do I check my balance?

Log in to your account and you will see your Points displayed at the top right of your screen.  Alternatively, you can open the Grand Cru Rewards Program launch button on the bottom left of your screen.

How can I use my points?

Log in to your account and open the Grand Cru Rewards Program launch button on the bottom left of your screen. Click Use Points to redeem rewards points as discount codes. You can apply the discount code on the payment page during checkout. One discount code can be used per order.
