"Medium red. Aromas of redcurrant, plum, iron and tobacco. Supple and broad in the mouth; seems softer, gentler and less precise than the Amoureuses but this is still a bit youthfully unforthcoming. Finishes with sweet tannins and good subtle persistence." ST Mar 2006
