The site features \u003cstrong\u003erocky, red soils and fine silty loam topsoil,\u003c\/strong\u003e forcing the vines to struggle and creating highly concentrated fruit with a distinct mineral profile. Organic farming has been exclusively utilized throughout the vineyard's 40-year history, \u003cstrong\u003eearning a CCOF certification\u003c\/strong\u003e in 1986.
